Neighbors got 847 custom gifts.
Photo magnets, engraved plaques, and a whole lot of mugs.

One person runs this shop. One person packs boxes. One person handles returns and mistakes. Yet somehow we shipped 847 items to folks all over South Texas in July. Engraved gifts for anniversaries. Photo magnets for grandkids. Custom mugs for offices. Plaques for churches.
The volume is absurd for a one-person operation. We use templates and pre-made designs so a custom mug doesn't require starting from scratch. We use software to handle orders, print setup, and shipping labels. But even with all that, 847 items in a month is a lot of boxes.
Most orders are small, a handful of mugs, a set of magnets. But a few are big. One church ordered 200 plaques for a fundraiser. A family ordered 50 photo gifts for a reunion. Those jobs are the ones that make the month interesting. They're also the ones that nearly break the system. But they ship on time, and they show up looking good. That's the job.
