If you're driving through Alice and you ask Siri where to find computer help, North Point Computers comes up now. Same as Apple Maps. Same phone number. Same address.
We made sure our Apple business profile matches what Google sees and what Yelp shows. Before that, the information was out there but didn't match. Siri had to guess which version was right.
It's a small thing but it matters. One phone number. One address. One shop. No confusion when someone's trying to reach us in a hurry.
