We provide ongoing IT support for offices and small companies. That's different from fixing someone's laptop at home or repairing a phone. Our listing on the directory reflects that. You see office services, how long projects take, how we bill, what we need from you to work together. You don't see game console repair or phone fixes, because that's not what we do.
The directory used to show every service on every business's listing, which was confusing. Now if you're looking for office IT help, you see what we actually offer. If you're looking for home computer repair, you find the right shops for that.
