The old way counted how many times a page was seen. A pro could rank high because automated programs clicked their link or a big search engine showed it to ten thousand people who never called. That's not real demand. We changed it.

We count actual phone calls and emails. If you're a roofer in Corpus and nobody from Corpus is calling you, you don't rank high on the roofing site. The pros at the top are the ones locals are actually calling. It's honest.

This hurts pros who are bad at answering phones or don't follow up. It helps pros who do the work and talk to customers. The whole system got meaner and more real at the same time.
