Repair technicians' personal phone numbers stay private from shops.

A repair technician gets a job and the shop gets a temporary phone number to call him. Not his real number. He can take the call, miss it, or ignore it without the shop having his personal line. The call still reaches him, but it comes through a relay system.

This is a small thing that matters a lot. A tech doesn't have to worry about a shop calling him at midnight about something that's not an emergency. He doesn't have to give out his real number to a dozen different places. He stays in control.

We disabled this system ourselves a few weeks ago with a software update. We caught it, fixed it, and tested the whole process to make sure it actually works end to end.
