Scam jobs get flagged.

Suspicious posts wait for review. Bad actors get blocked.

When someone posts a job, we run it through a scam classifier. If it smells wrong, fake urgency, upfront fees, promises that are too good to be true, the post goes into a hold queue instead of going live right away. I review it and either approve it or trash it.

We also built a /jobs/safety hub so you know what to watch for. Too-good-to-be-true pay for no experience. Requests for money upfront. Vague job titles and sketchy contact info. If a post has a few of those signals stacked together, it gets held.

On top of that, if someone posts a bad listing and we catch it, we keep an eye on repeat attempts. If the same person tries again, we're more likely to catch it.
