Spanish-speaking techs see the job board in their language.

A tech who works in Spanish should see the job board in Spanish. We built that out this month. The job offers, the acceptance screens, the time-setting flow, all of it. A tech can switch to Spanish and work in their language.

This matters because the Coastal Bend is bilingual. A tech who works in Spanish shouldn't have to translate job codes or guess what a button means. The system speaks to them.
