The old setup showed a central phone number if you didn't pick a specific pro. That number went to a waiting line, and you might wait or get routed wrong.
Now the listings for unregistered pros explain how to look them up yourself. You click on the ones you're interested in, see their details, and call them direct. Our own company pages still show the right number to reach us.
It's simpler. You're not guessing. You find the person you want and call them.
