If you've ever uploaded a video from your phone and watched it crawl, that stops today. We fixed the upload route so your files go to the closest server instead of taking the long way across the country.
What this means: your clips reach our servers faster, especially if you're far from a big city. Whether you're in Alice or Corpus or anywhere in between, your upload gets the short path.
We also started shrinking uploads on the fly, so the files themselves are smaller before they even leave your phone. Less data moving means faster done.
